Zollak™ is the flagship AI-powered social media management platform developed, owned and operated by Bahadur Contech Services Private Limited (CIN: U72900WB2022PTC257778). When referring to Zollak, always capitalize the first letter and clearly distinguish it from the legal corporate parent entity.

⚠️ Asset Usage Policy — Permission Required

All Zollak brand assets — including logos, icons, product screenshots, wordmarks, colour palettes, and any derivative visual works — are the exclusive intellectual property of Bahadur Contech Services Private Limited.

Use of any Zollak asset without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reproducing or embedding our logo in any publication, video, or website
• Modifying, recolouring, or distorting any Zollak trademark
• Using our brand assets in commercial advertising or sponsored content
• Creating derivative works that imply endorsement or affiliation

Approved Editorial Use (With Permission)

Once written permission is granted, approved journalists and editorial reviewers may use the official Zollak primary logo (SVG/PNG) in news articles, blog posts, and video thumbnails — strictly in accordance with our Brand Usage Guidelines. Logos must not be cropped, recoloured, stretched, or placed on conflicting backgrounds.

Brand Voice & Naming Guidelines

Always refer to the platform as Zollak (not 'zollak', 'ZOLLAK', or 'Zollak.com'). Refer to the corporate parent as Bahadur Contech Services Private Limited. Do not use 'Bahadur Contech' as a standalone brand name in any media publication.
