Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to Zollak, an AI-powered social media management platform developed, owned and operated by Bahadur Contech Services Private Limited. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bahadur Contech Services Private Limited, the owner and operator of the Zollak platform. By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or using the Zollak platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age with the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If registering on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@zollak.com of any unauthorised account use.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Zollak offers the following subscription tiers, billed monthly on a recurring basis through Razorpay:

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial on the Creator plan (30 AI posts, 10 AI images, no credit card required). Subscription pricing is exclusive of applicable GST. Exceeding the monthly post allocation will temporarily suspend content generation until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
4. Free Trial
The 14-day free trial grants Creator plan features without requiring a payment method. At trial end, your account reverts to the Free plan (10 posts/month) unless you subscribe. We send a reminder email 3 days before trial expiry.
5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
All paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly on your billing date. You may cancel at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Subscription & Upgrades. Paid plan features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Zollak to publish spam, illegal materials, defamatory or hateful content, or content that violates the Terms of any connected social platform. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exfiltrate data from our systems. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
The Zollak platform and all its components are the exclusive intellectual property of Bahadur Contech Services Pvt. Ltd. You retain full ownership of the content you create and publish through the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bahadur Contech Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zollak in the 3 months preceding any claim.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Kolkata, West Bengal. Contact: legal@zollak.com
